The Cre’Von LeBlanc foundation presents the inaugural Cre’Von LeBlanc Football Camp

West Palm Beach, FL, July 1, 2017- Chicago Bears Defensive Back, Cre’von LeBlanc, is to host his first youth football camp on July 15 at The King’s Academy in 8401 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL from 8 a.m-4 p.m.  Registration starts at 7:30 a.m.

The West Palm Beach (WPB) native named the camp “Strap For It.” Although the camp is free, space is very limited. Registration for youth ages 8-12 already has all 100 spots filled with 50 hopeful attendees on a wait list. Registration for the youth is currently closed, however, for teens ages 13-17, there are still about 50 spots out of 150 still available. All participants will receive a special edition camp T-shirt and free breakfast and lunch.

Participant activities include hands on coaching, offensive and defensive drills, speed and agility training, 40-yard dash laser, shuttle run laser, vertical jump, three-cone drill laser, and broad jump, all designed to simulate first class NFL training.

Additionally, all participants will have exposure to NFL athletes, including a few of LeBlanc’s former college teammates. LeBlanc has recruited Florida Atlantic University football players, Atlanta Falcons 2017 NFC champion, Sharrod Neasman, Tennessee Titans, D’Joun Smith, San Francisco 49ers, Keith Reaser, Cleveland Browns, Trevon Coley, and New York Jets players Brandin Bryant and Shalom Ogbonda.

Other NFL players including, Cleveland Browns, Jamie Collins, Los Angeles Charger, Jatavis Brown, Detroit Lions, Joshua Thornton, Minnesota Vikings, Emmanuel Lamur, Free agents Tre Mason, Kelvin Taylor and Samuel Lamar along with fellow Bears teammate, Bryce Callahan will also be involved to make LeBlanc’s first youth football training camp a success and ensure every participant has interactions with NFL athletes.

This event will also feature special guest speaker and Belle Glade native, Louis Oliver. Oliver was drafted in the first round by the Miami Dolphins in 1989 out of the University of Florida. The standout safety played eight seasons in the NFL for the Dolphins and the Cincinnati Bengals.

LeBlanc is excited for the camp’s debut and is extremely appreciative of the support he’s received. “It is truly a blessing to be able to host my first camp,” LeBlanc said. “This was all once a dream, and I’m extremely thankful to all of my sponsors, friends, and, most importantly, the participants for making this all possible. The camp will just be a day of fun, where we will be silencing the critics and embarrassing the doubters.”
